Gelegen aan een van de mooiste grachten van Amsterdam bevindt zich dit zonovergoten en luxueus gerenoveerde appartement van circa 134 m2 met drie slaapkamers, een dakterras en een plafondhoogte tot 3,92 meter. Het dakterras (circa 17 m2) biedt een spectaculair vrij uitzicht over onder andere de Jordaan en de Westertoren.

Located on one of Amsterdam’s most beautiful canals: this sun-drenched and luxuriously renovated apartment of approx. 134 m2 with three bedrooms, a roof terrace, and a ceiling height of up to 3.92 meters. The roof terrace (approx. 17 m2) offers spectacular unobstructed views of the Jordaan and the Westertoren, among others. With a gross floor area of over 170 m2, the property feels very spacious.
The apartment is located on the 4th and 5th (top) floors of a characteristic canal house. On the 4th floor, the centrally located entrance hall provides access to the living room with open kitchen. The living room is very bright and spacious with a ceiling height of up to 3.92 meters. The open kitchen with built-in SMEG appliances is made of walnut wood.
Furthermore, this floor houses the master bedroom, providing access to the adjacent balcony (located on the west) through French doors.
