Dit moderne en lichte tweekamerappartement (met mogelijkheid voor een 3e kamer) van 95 m2 inclusief balkon is gelegen op de 22e verdieping van het iconische Pontsteigergebouw met waanzinnig en onbegrensd uitzicht over het IJ.

Vanuit de luxe lobby op de begane grond is ook de entree van het appartement op de 22e verdieping via de lift te bereiken. From the luxurious lobby on the ground floor, the entrance to the apartment on the 22nd floor can also be reached by elevator. The entrance hall of the apartment provides access to the spacious living room, providing a truly spectacular view through the large windows that span the entire width of the room. Due to the large windows and a ceiling height of almost 3 meters, a lot of natural light shines in. Another special feature of this house is the visible construction of the building.
